All orders issued by Fives Lund reference the applicable terms and conditions governing the order. Our standard terms and conditions can be found in this section.
For all purchase orders issued after January 11, 2026, or suppliers onboarded after this date, these Terms and Conditions apply, or as otherwise referenced on or with the purchase order.
Legacy
For purchase orders issued prior to January 11, 2026, the Terms and Conditions sent during supplier onboarding, or as referenced on or with the order apply. Legacy Terms and Conditions are not linked here. If you need a copy, please contact flund.procurement@fivesgroup.com.
